I don’t remember exactly how I got introduced to muna; possibly it was a pride playlist in like 2021? They very quickly became one of my favourite, regularly played artists.

This track in particular had a significant impact on me clawing my way out of a reasonably deep pit of depression, but there are a ton of all time bangers on every album.

The live album is also great, I can’t promise that it’s a perfect introduction but the energy shines through I think.

The band also have a podcast that is a great listen if you want to hear about gender, sexuality, music and witchy shit. It’s been on hiatus while they finished recording their next album so do not be alarmed by the lack of recent episodes!
