This is a collaborative remix/cover of HYPERPOWER! from the NIN album Year Zero, released on the remix album Y34RZ3R0R3M1X3D and also on Saul Williams’ album The Inevitable Rise And Liberation Of Niggy Tardust.

At this point saying “it’s depressing that this is still relevant” is itself a depressing cliche, but here we are.

I first heard Saul Williams as the lead in the film Slam (1998). The ‘Inevitable Rise…’ album has some other incredible tracks, particularly the cover of Sunday Bloody Sunday and the closing track, List of Demands (Reparations).
